As the National Client Executive (NCE), you will lead the strategic food and beverage operations, oversight, and client reporting for up to 10+ locations for an industry-leading tech client. Managing and developing the on-site teams (6 direct reports) focusing on best-in-class hospitality, a passion for food, and continued innovation will be a primary responsibility.
Your years of hospitality and managerial experience, in addition to being a proactive partner and leader to your client and staff, will be an asset to your success in this role.
As the National Client Executive, you'll oversee food experiences, from Farm to Table Cafes to Barista Coffee Bars, ensuring best-in-class workspace for our tech client. You'll manage a team, ensuring seamless service at multiple sites. Your skills will be utilized in various projects, showcasing your organization and project management abilities. As client liaison, you'll foster transparent relationships and provide data-driven insights and financial reporting to build confidence. Additionally, you'll steward facilities, partnering with on-site providers.

Position Summary
Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship, including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management, and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
