The Good Eating Company at St Mary’s College in Moraga, California is looking for a Senior Manager - Field Marketing and Student Experience to join our team! The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to communicate and influence others. Strong technology skills will be helpful in reaching the students we serve. Experience in Restaurant and Foodservice Marketing is a plus. Our successful candidate is a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager who excels at creating unforgettable student events.

The Senior Manager, Field Marketing will be responsible for supporting the look and feel at St Mary’s College they will be the point person for all marketing plans to drive growth through retail and marketing initiatives. This marketing professional must be a self-starter, have a keen eye for front-of-house guest experience, with food merchandising expertise and be able to operate in a fluid environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Support area accounts through the deployment of our core brands
  • Customize and deploy marketing programs for our food operations
  • Analyze the data from our app and point of sale to determine future culinary offers and marketing initiatives
  • Effectively develop and support communication plans
  • Utilize marketing insights and strategy to drive revenue
  • Support the customization of digital signage
  • Implement relevant student activities
  • Establish cooperative arrangements with external community organizations
  • Develop campus outreach programs
